Country Reseller Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Building out the global marketing strategy to execute in Japan, delivering a point of difference for each reseller partner, and supporting revenue growth.
• Driving a structured communication plan with resellers to promote greater partnership investment, including launches, campaigns, demos, and customer experiences.
• Leveraging reseller shopper insights for data-driven omnichannel strategies and establishing data sharing and reporting norms.
• Managing reseller performance by reporting on marketing performance, investment versus plan, and key results versus objectives, including budget management.
• Working with the global omnichannel team to ensure digital content aligns with reseller objectives and driving seamless plan execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams or agency partners to deliver reseller-specific advertising content, managing timelines and deliverables, and writing local ad copy for digital and print ads.
• Supporting and enabling retail experience strategies, including in-store, mobile, and digital experiences such as displays, demos, training, and incentive programs.

Requirements

• 8 years of digital and/or trade marketing experience.
• 4 years of experience in a business-facing sales and marketing role, ideally in a retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present confidently both virtually and in person in Japanese and English.
• Experience with shopper insights and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence effectively.
• Critical thinking skills to simplify data into actionable insights.
• Flexibility to adapt to ambiguity and new ways of working.
• Ability to work collaboratively and establish healthy working relationships.
• Accountability for delivering on commitments and seeking performance feedback.
• Ability to develop new ideas and initiatives to improve organizational performance.
• Ability to mobilize time and resources efficiently.
• Understanding and evaluating marketing strategies, digital marketing best practices, and analytics.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial performance, and analysis of retail environment and industry trends.
• Up to 50% travel required.
