The Creative Director will serve as a strategic partner on client accounts, responsible for account planning, service delivery, and client satisfaction, while collaborating across teams to generate revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing strategic account planning and growth initiatives.
  • Lead client relationship management by building confidence and trust, ensuring client initiatives are successfully executed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive service excellence and quality management within service line offerings.
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery, project management, and ensure quality and timeliness of multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Manage internal teams and projects during planning and execution phases to meet quality, timing, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget.
  • Interact with client executives and key contacts to understand their business objectives and talent development needs.
  • Partner across internal divisions to maximize value per account.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Instruction Design or equivalent; candidates with comparable work experience will be considered if no degree is held.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing client and program financials for large, complex projects and accounts.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning & Development projects, including instructional design, adult learning, and content development in WBT, ILT, VILT formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to respond to constant change and ambiguity.
  • Conflict resolution skills and a growth mindset with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

  • Experience with mobile learning.
