About the Role

The Creative Manager, Brand Creative at Warner Bros. Discovery is responsible for leading the development of innovative, culture-driving campaigns across social, earned, and global media channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Help shape Warner Bros. Discovery's new brand voice to reinforce HBO Max's high-quality DNA.
  • Lead the creative development of social-first and PR-worthy campaigns from concept to execution, combining big ideas with traditional advertising craft.
  • Collaborate with global teams across brand strategy, editorial, audio/visual, experiential, art, copy, influencers, and production to inspire and coordinate campaign efforts.
  • Create work that is native to social platforms such as TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, optimized for conversation and sharing.
  • Pitch bold, earned media ideas that generate attention in pop culture, press headlines, and social algorithms.
  • Partner with brand strategy and communications teams to identify cultural opportunities, real-time moments, and community-driven trends.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with HBO Max brand positioning and maintains high standards of originality, relevance, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of creative experience in advertising, branded content, social media, or PR with a proven record of attention-earning work.
  • Deep understanding of entertainment, including film, TV, music, fashion, internet culture, humor, social trends, memes, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong conceptual skills, capable of developing big-earned campaign ideas and platform-native executions with minimal supervision.
  • Culturally tuned-in with an instinct for emerging trends and the ability to articulate why they are next.
  • Comfortable with fast-turnaround creative, editorial thinking, and real-time moments.
