Key Responsibilities

  • Determine the creative design strategy for external-facing Business Unit (BU) marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Lead a team to bring to life the vision that ensures the success of a product.
  • Create and execute marketing assets across the team that resonate with target audiences, ensuring engagement through design and content.
  • Conduct competitive analysis within B2B healthcare channels and in B2C messaging to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Build the narrative of the brand through multichannel marketing communications.
  • Craft, plan, and deliver a strategic vision for BU-level creative identity aligned with corporate brand identity.
  • Work with in-house videographer to deliver video content, focusing on an effective GTM video strategy for all channels.
  • Develop CCS product market share and brand growth strategies through new design layouts and approaches.
  • Integrate with digital team members to build an efficient in-house agency model.
  • Supervise the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products, or publications.
  • Partner with Digital Manager and marcomm leads to establish content strategy focusing on tone and brand positioning.
  • Lead and review the work of the team for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of paid advertising.
  • Head BU brand campaigns, including submitting project ideas and developing all creative content.
  • Communicate project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients.
  • Travel up to 25% for video and photo shoots, with flexibility for virtual participation up to an additional 15%.

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing/Communications along with Digital Marketing platform certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years experience supervising or developing team members.
  • 7-10 years experience with creative design development and project execution.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new marketing trends.
  • Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Great at multi-tasking and delegating.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical device industries.
  • Knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a BA in Marketing or Communications.
  • Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing platforms.
