Spotify Advertising's Creative Lab is seeking a seasoned Creative Strategy Lead to join our awarded and tenured creative strategy team dedicated to inspiring the best ideas centered around Spotify through proactive and reactive pitching, co-creating and building with our biggest brands, creators, and advertisers today. We work collaboratively with brands and agencies to inspire, create, and scale creativity with Spotify-first thinking. The role involves building brand experiences that demonstrate the creative, cultural, and contextual potential of Spotify that fans love, and supporting sell-through and execution of sold programs including on-platform media, content sponsorships, integrated solutions, custom API executions, and live event extensions. The position reports directly to the Head of Creative Strategy, Americas, and requires working closely with internal teams, sales, clients, and external partners to develop innovative campaigns and strategic proposals.
