About the Role

The Creator Marketing Director at Manscaped is responsible for leading the influencer and podcast strategy, overseeing creator-led efforts across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and audio channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role involves setting strategic direction, managing partnerships, and ensuring creator investments drive brand relevance, reach, and measurable growth across DTC, Amazon, and retail markets. The position is global, covering North America and key international markets, and emphasizes building a high-performing internal team and collaborating with external partners to scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, budget allocation, and channel prioritization across influencer and podcast marketing.
  • Design the long-term operating model for creator marketing, including building and developing an internal team.
  • Evaluate and recommend agency models and partner ecosystems, including defining in-house versus outsourced scope.
  • Lead Q4 execution and measurement, and build the 2026 plan with objectives, investment strategy, testing roadmap, and resourcing.
  • Align creator campaigns with brand moments, product launches, and retail initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end creator relationships including prospecting, negotiations, onboarding, and contract oversight.
  • Collaborate with Content and Paid Media teams to deliver UGC and creator assets.
  • Own campaign logistics such as timelines, product shipments, creator payments, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Define measurement frameworks, partner with Analytics, and translate performance data into business impact.
  • Oversee campaign planning and manage domestic and international market budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Streamline procedures and policies to improve efficiency.
  • Strategize for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and holiday promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all creator content.
  • Guide a test-and-learn roadmap including content licensing and paid boosts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading influencer and/or podcast marketing with experience in strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of creator platforms, campaign types, and compensation models.
  • Experience working with external partners and agencies to scale and streamline execution.
  • Proven success in aligning creator efforts with brand and business goals, including retail and Amazon performance.
  • Expertise in omnichannel measurement, including incrementality and test design.
  • Experience in organizational design and team building for creator programs.
  • Global experience operating across diverse markets with knowledge of local platforms, compliance, and talent norms.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with Brand, Media, Analytics, Sales, and Creative teams.
  • Ability to balance brand building with performance results and adapt quickly in a test-and-learn environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with omnichannel measurement tools such as MMM/MTA.
  • Experience in building and scaling creator programs internationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in influencer and podcast marketing leadership.
  • Deep understanding of creator platforms and campaign models.
  • Experience with external partners and agencies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Global market experience and knowledge of local platform norms.
