Job Description

About the Role

The CRM Delivery Consultant is a member of the Marketing and Customer Experience organization, reporting to the VP, Marketing Delivery, Data, and Support. The role involves working with the Marketing team to design, deliver, and support solutions built on Salesforce CRM (Financial Services Cloud) to enable marketing programs and campaigns. The candidate will collaborate with marketing leads, project managers, data analysts, and Salesforce developer squads to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, maintain product backlogs, prioritize user stories, and ensure timely program enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Marketing team members to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the platform meets their needs.
  • Work with product managers to translate business requirements into user stories for the development team and oversee the development and implementation of new features.
  • Demonstrate features and functionality that enable campaigns to business partners.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce implementations meet quality standards, are tested thoroughly, and are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate and provide training to users on new features and functionalities within Salesforce.
  • Provide end user support and education for any issues that arise, drive resolution, and function as an escalation point.
  • Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with company policies, industry standards, and data security regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Campaign Management, including application across channels and offer/incentive-based programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud); Salesforce Admin and/or Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, and related capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer.
  • Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, and customer experience (CX).

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certification as Admin and/or Product Owner.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Loyalty Cloud.
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer.
  • Banking/Financial services experience.
