About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing data to develop business strategies to maximize returns.
• Developing campaign planning and test design for all portfolio programs focusing on improving segment-level profitability and optimizing offer strategy at the customer level.
• Building the campaign response forecast and performance curves for individual offers and reviewing the details of the final financial results with Finance.
• Providing detailed campaign tracking of all marketing programs and presenting results and test vs. control financials to business lines and senior management.
• Working knowledge of statistical models used in campaign targeting, including response, incremental sales and revenue, and gamer models, and implementing the results of model development.
• Evaluating external data sources from credit bureaus and other vendors to determine their value for targeting models and segmentation.
• Collaborating as an independent contributor with cross-functional teams to implement strategies across products or business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Oracle Netezza (R or Python also helpful).
• Experience in campaign management and analysis.
• Knowledge of project planning and organization.
• Experience with digital tools such as Adobe Analytic Environment and Tableau.
• Background in financial services with credit card experience.
• Four years of analytic experience and two years of experience with business intelligence applications including decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.

Nice to Have

• Experience with R or Python.
• SME in project planning and organization.
• Experience with digital tools like Adobe Analytic Environment.
• Experience in financial services with credit card background.

Qualifications
