About the Role

Optiv is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to join our Channel Marketing Team. Candidates considered for this role should have a solid B2B technology-based marketing background, be data driven, and capable of developing and executing marketing campaigns from conception to implementation. The individual will work closely with sales, marketing, services, and technology partners to support business growth and engagement, utilizing various marketing channels and strategies to generate demand and nurture leads.

Key Responsibilities

Work with internal Optiv Solution and Marketing teams to set strategy and priorities that support the goals of the business
Develop and execute solution promotion plans utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, events, online advertising, digital content, syndication, and video
Partner with other marketing organization members to ensure successful execution of plans including content creation, creative development, field marketing, corporate events, solution management, communications, and marketing operations
Develop clear, compelling content to support campaign interaction points like email, landing pages, advertising, social media, and event messaging
Embrace a data-driven approach to track, measure, and analyze all activity performance
Cultivate multi-touch impactful marketing journeys that resonate with buyers and influencers
Build and execute client acquisition and cross-sell/upsell marketing campaigns targeting enterprise organizations, buyers, and influencers
Design campaign workflows with different/multiple tactics
Create, write, and distribute campaign briefs
Scale campaigns to support regional sales and marketing activity
Partner with sales teams to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success
Develop campaign and funding scenarios leveraging partner marketing development funds (MDF), engaging with technology partners as appropriate
Test and optimize lead nurturing activities through measurement and enhancement
Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals

Requirements

BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Minimum 5+ years driving B2B high tech marketing/demand generation
Understanding of cybersecurity sector and industry problems and solutions, a plus
Advanced knowledge of marketing automation, demand generation, and lead nurturing/lead scoring best practices
Strong experience with marketing automation programs, Marketo a plus
Proficiency with digital and offline marketing channels including website, email, social, paid media, direct mail, and telemarketing
Experience creating supporting campaign assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Some travel required

Nice to Have

Experience with cybersecurity industry solutions
Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation tools
