Key Responsibilities

  • Build, own and execute the program strategy in partnership with BDR and sales to achieve qualified pipeline and booking targets.
  • Leverage research to determine optimal messaging and approach.
  • Build and execute multi-channel programs designed to continually engage and ignite interest with the total addressable market for your segment.
  • Own the health and hygiene of your marketable database, ensuring TAM representation and structure to maximize audience engagement and reach.
  • Determine optimal mix of programs (nurture, ABM, conversion, and brand) to guide prospects through the funnel.
  • Create content to support programs including emails and sales cadences and work with Integrated Marketing team on larger content pieces.
  • Execute programs through marketing functions seeking functional expertise to optimize programs.
  • Work with Product Marketing to connect product messaging to segment priorities.
  • Build a strong relationship with Sales to ensure alignment on program priorities and gain buy-in for programs.
  • Look for and build relationships with third parties that already have a captive audience with your prospect base.
  • Understand the value of the marketing tech stack in programs to deliver automation and insights on intent (specifically Pardot and 6Sense).
  • Measure, measure, measure - continually seek ways to understand your impact on the business.
  • Leverage both program and funnel metrics to drive optimization across your programs through data-based decision making.
  • Support client and field/event marketing functions by identifying program opportunities.
  • Support marketing budget including forecasting and ensuring good standing with finance and vendors.
  • Leverage client success stories to communicate value to prospects.
  • Prioritize the highest impact initiatives and work on multiple programs concurrently.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing role, SaaS experience is advantageous.
  • Experience designing and executing programs to public sector prospects is a strong asset.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
  • Successfully designed and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns in a previous role.
  • Comfortable using marketing automation software (e.g., Pardot) and Salesforce, as well as other martech tools including WordPress.
  • Ownership over and responsibility for attaining MQL and pipeline targets in a previous role.
  • Independent by nature, able to execute ideas and articulate them effectively to obtain internal stakeholder buy-in.
  • Able to project manage marketing programs efficiently and delegate across departments when needed.
  • Excited about marketing to new segments and taking on challenges.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and improve processes.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing and executing programs for public sector prospects.
  • Experience with Pardot, 6Sense, and other martech tools.
  • Experience working with sales teams and connecting product messaging to segment priorities.
