About the Role

As the leader of Demand Generation and Automation Strategy, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving effective lead management and campaign execution across the organization including how we leverage CRM and our marketing technology stack. Key Responsibilities

  • Standardizing lead processes, accelerating adoption of new data architecture and tools (such as Eloqua intake forms and global lead routing), and optimizing lead vetting and reporting to support business growth.
  • Supporting demand generation through the execution of marketing initiatives utilizing best-in-class campaign frameworks, design templates, and reporting systems across multiple marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensuring seamless lead distribution, sales acceptance, and pipeline progression across Aon Connect (Oracle) and Salesforce environments.
  • Optimization of lead management processes including standardizing lead definitions, transitioning from interim processes, and implementing global lead routing.
  • Enhancing lead vetting and reporting capabilities to provide stronger insights, informing strategy and supporting business objectives.
  • Developing, building, and maintaining campaigns, including frameworks, templates, system architecture, database maintenance, and reporting.
  • Managing global demand generation campaigns supporting new business, cross-sell, upsell, and re-engagement efforts.
  • Supporting end-to-end event promotion and creating a culture and campaign structure that drives result-oriented outcomes from events.
  • Creating scalable, efficient marketing programs aligned with core and growth priorities, leading collaboration between Digital Marketing and the wider business.
  • Providing team leadership and direction, communicating strategy clearly, and setting standards.
  • Fostering cross-team collaboration through best practices groups and campaign planning sessions.

  • Demonstrates strategic leadership in establishing demand generation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excels in cross-functional collaboration, building relationships across digital marketing, sales, and technology teams.
  • Leverages data-driven insights from campaign performance, lead management, and marketing platforms to inform decisions.
  • Adapts rapidly to evolving technologies, market trends, and organizational priorities, leading teams through transformation.
  • Communicates complex strategies and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Maintains a results-oriented focus on KPIs such as MQL and MCR targets, balancing quality, speed, and scalability.
  • Invests in team development, promotes ongoing learning, and recognizes contributions.
  • Possesses a client-centric mindset, ensuring activities create value for both new business and existing clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of lead management, campaign frameworks, and reporting systems.
  • Experience managing global demand generation campaigns and cross-channel marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in demand generation, marketing automation, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
