Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated multi-channel marketing programs to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
Execute marketing programs, including webinars, emails, and customer outreach.
Own and optimize the email marketing conversion funnel through Marketo.
Track, measure, and analyze marketing programs performance, applying insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness.
Manage and grow the community by fostering engagement, creating compelling content, and facilitating discussions that strengthen relationships with partners, customers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in campaign marketing or demand generation.
Strong understanding of lead nurturing and multi-touch marketing strategies to drive conversion.
Expertise in email marketing strategy, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and automation.
Ability to use data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
Solid experience working with Salesforce.com and Marketo to execute integrated demand generation campaigns including measurement of campaign effectiveness.
Proven experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing programs.
Track record of marketing results with a strong creative and analytical mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
