  • Lead the creative development of full-funnel campaign deliverables, including lead generation assets (eBooks, guides, landing pages, infographics, campaign videos), brand-building content (hero videos, animated explainers, thought leadership graphics), event marketing support (booth visuals, presentations, signage, on-site collateral), and channel-driving executions (emails, paid/organic social, display ads, short-form video).
  • Balance strategic concepting (70%) with collaborative oversight of execution and production (30%).
  • Apply UX/UI and data visualization best practices to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Manage and mentor two direct-report designers based in the U.S., fostering a collaborative, high-performance creative culture.
  • Provide dotted-line creative leadership to a five-member global design studio to ensure alignment and consistency across deliverables.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product leads to build campaigns that are creative, cohesive, and results-driven.
  • Actively contribute to a team culture that values feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. Creative Director and Corporate Communications team to ensure brand consistency across all U.S. market touchpoints.
  • Adapt and extend the global brand identity to align with U.S. market positioning, audience needs, and campaign objectives.
  • Champion the localized expression of a global brand while maintaining integrity and alignment with overarching guidelines.
  • Stay informed on emerging creative trends, formats, and tools—including AI-assisted design platforms—and introduce new ideas that elevate creative output.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate automation and GenAI into workflows where appropriate and ethically aligned.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to creative work, iterating based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in visual design and art direction, with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in both agency and in-house environments.
  • Portfolio showcasing full-funnel B2B and B2C campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
