About the Role

Arm is committed to enabling developers to build what's next-faster, smarter, and more efficiently. The company is hiring a Developer Marketing Manager to lead the AI Developer vertical within the Developer Marketing organization. This role involves driving go-to-market strategies, messaging, and ecosystem engagement for Arm's AI developer tools and communities. The position requires collaboration across product teams, engineering, leadership, developer relations, partnerships, and marketing to create a cohesive developer experience and achieve measurable outcomes in awareness, adoption, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI Developer Vertical: be the marketing lead and strategist for AI developers, defining positioning, audience segmentation, and messaging.
Work with leadership across Arm to align developer marketing goals with AI priorities and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Arm's partnerships team to identify and activate ecosystem partners, and coordinate co-marketing opportunities.
Build and implement go-to-market plans for new AI tools, frameworks, and developer offerings.
Develop programs and partnerships to grow developer participation in Arm's AI ecosystem through events, communities, influencer marketing, and content activations.
Translate technology into compelling storytelling via blog posts, tutorials, videos, docs, and social media.
Collect, analyze, and act on developer feedback to refine positioning and improve developer experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful execution across all touchpoints.
Define KPIs to measure success in awareness, engagement, growth, and retention, and iterate based on data.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, or related roles within the semiconductor or tech industry.
Technical expertise in AI with hands-on development and/or engineering experience.
Deep familiarity with semiconductors and their role in the developer ecosystem.
Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts into compelling content.
Experience driving engagement at developer events, conferences, and community strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product teams, marketing teams, and developer relations.
Motivated by encouraging a vibrant and inclusive developer community and ecosystem.

Nice to Have

Understanding or the Arm architecture, product portfolio, and ecosystem.
Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize developer solutions and tooling to mentor the Arm software roadmap.
