About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will own key programs that drive pipeline creation across paid channels, outbound programs, sales collaboration, and marketing operations. This role involves partnering closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and ensure flawless execution across the funnel. The position is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Product & Marketing, with a focus on testing, designing, and executing growth strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment at ChartHop, a VC-backed HR technology company with a remote US team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel strategies to drive qualified pipeline, including paid media, outbound campaigns, events, and partner programs. Develop quarterly plans aligned to revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and BDR teams to craft outbound messaging, sequences, and campaigns that convert. Provide data-driven insights and testing support to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Lead paid acquisition programs in collaboration with our performance agency. Manage strategy, execution, and performance tracking across platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage key marketing partnerships and co-marketing opportunities. Build and execute ABM-style campaigns in partnership with Sales to engage priority accounts.
  • Ensure smooth lead routing, attribution, and reporting across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Revenue Hero. Maintain workflows and dashboards to measure impact and optimize performance.
  • Own the marketing budget (excluding payroll). Manage vendor relationships and contracts for marketing tools and agencies.

Requirements

  • Experience working at an earlier stage company where growth and demand generation were built or contributed to.
  • Ability to design, test, and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with team members.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, including paid media, outbound campaigns, and partner programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and BDR teams to develop effective outreach and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on products with nascent offerings and overlapping ICPs.
  • Previous experience in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Competitive compensation with two experience-based levels: $150k-$160k base + $20k bonus or $160k-$180k base + $20k bonus.
