Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal business units to develop and execute technical experiments aimed at improving user acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain integrations with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Support sales and marketing teams on lead flow and lifecycle management, including automation efforts.
  • Build, drive, and execute an aggressive marketing roadmap incorporating AI tools and MarTech for broader scale and automation.
  • Design and launch personalized outbound campaigns targeting Registered Investment Advisors.
  • Automate and personalize content delivery for events, webinars, blog articles, and feature release videos.
  • Own and optimize the GTM stack, including HubSpot, Zapier, GA, SEM, and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Test hypotheses and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Eng to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • HubSpot expert with deep hands-on experience.
  • Ability to abstract complex problems into elegant technical solutions.
  • Experience implementing marketing automation workflows and optimizing lead capture mechanisms.
  • Proficiency with Google marketing platform (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and marketing data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, and/or SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background of 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
