About the Role

Google One delivers the best of Google AI including Gemini Advanced, Workspace, NotebookLM, and Whisk through the AI Premium subscription. The Google One Marketing team is a fluid and dynamic team that is responsible for driving and delivering Gemini business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the CRM program for AI Premium subscriptions, as part of Google One. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM marketer to lead our email marketing efforts. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing life-cycle email campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion. You will possess strong investigative skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. You will launch multiple email campaigns and experiments globally with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute full life-cycle email marketing campaigns. Plan, create, and implement engaging email campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, subscriptions, and drive winback efforts.
Build and segment audiences. Utilize data to create audience segments for personalized email communications across our users' life-cycle.
Measure, analyze and socialize campaign performance, track key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns through A/B testing efforts.
Drive impact on North Star business metrics. Align email marketing efforts with key business goals, such as increasing free trials, paid subscriptions.
Develop and implement email marketing strategy. Create a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with Google One/Gemini Advanced overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in growth marketing.
Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Experience in audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Experience using data to drive decision-making with excellent investigative skills.
Understanding of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
