Job Description

About the Role

The Digital Strategy Team at United Bank is responsible for developing and enhancing the digital customer experience across multiple lines of business, including Consumer and Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and Brokerage. The Digital Banking Product Administrator will support the Digital Strategy Team by maintaining the administrative platform for Online and Mobile Banking Applications, helping to bring the digital strategy to life for consumers and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for bringing the digital strategy to life for consumers and commercial clients.
  • Serve as the vanguard for the bank's evolving channel experiences to enable customers to manage their finances, plan and budget for the future.
  • Develop proposals for further development of the organization and business process to support the business strategy.
  • Manage the Administrative platforms to support online and mobile banking, including Money Movement, Bill Pay, Zelle, Transfers, Alerts, and Mobile Deposits.
  • Handle customer communications for existing and new feature/functionality.
  • Contribute to and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage individual initiatives, including project management, team communication, and leadership communications.
  • Maintain measurement plans in a result-driven culture.
  • Collaborate on, lead, and deliver complex initiatives across the organization.
  • Work with and direct external agencies and vendor management, including creative oversight, digital experience, and budgets.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree highly desired.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in digital commerce strategies, technology digital marketing, agency management, and Fintech partnerships.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience in a Retail/Commercial banking leadership role with financial institutions or equivalent consulting role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Strong perspective on great digital consumer and/or enterprise experiences across multiple form factors.
  • Ability to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal direction.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

  • Experience with digital experience management and budgets.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
