Digital Campaign Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and providing progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative and development, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals.
• Maintain ongoing internal reporting and account trackers to provide details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, and billing.
• Facilitate and support proposal development, including media plans and industry research, as well as ongoing reporting and quarterly reviews.
• Support strategic agency projects like onboarding new platforms, researching new products or partners, and setting up new offerings in planning tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account coordination.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and self-organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve client issues quickly.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and task orientation for complex projects.
• Time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Qualifications
