About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Analyst for supporting our clients' products and services that include operational analysis and implementation support for Retail mass marketing products, campaigns, customer marketing programs, marketing channels, regulatory activities and key mass customer correspondences and e-communications. This role offers an opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company in Houston, TX, with hybrid work arrangements and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily execution tasks, conduct audits, and prepare reconciliation reports with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and customer impact.
Monitor vital operational metrics and respond as necessary to ensure consistently superior operational performance.
Design, implement, and manage robust processes and database solutions to support new business and operational activities.
Evaluate existing operational processes to ensure appropriate controls are in place and maintain process documentation for all recurring processes.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of Program Support processes and initiate process and system improvements and automation activities.
Develop approach documentation and business requirements for new Marketing and Operational capabilities and products, involving cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT.
Design, implement, and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts to ensure successful launch of new capabilities.
Facilitate cross-functional team discussions to develop timelines for Retail campaigns, new product development, and project delivery.
Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver projects, enhancements, and production fixes.

Requirements

2+ years of related experience in a digital communications role.
2+ years of experience in HTML coding and troubleshooting for transactional emails.
Experience performing quality assurance (QA) testing for email campaigns.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Experience with email compliance regulations such as the CAN-SPAM Act and SMS industry standards.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge of retail energy markets or regulated industries.
Experience with regulatory compliance and legal review processes.
