About the Role

The Digital Experience - App Strategy Manager at QVC Group owns and drives the strategy for the QVC & HSN apps, overseeing all aspects from acquisition and retention to platform performance analysis. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital shopping experience through innovative app features, marketing campaigns, and continuous platform improvement, contributing to a live social shopping environment that redefines the customer journey across multiple screens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the QVC & HSN App strategy to drive overall performance, meet KPIs, and deliver a differentiated user experience.
  • Act as a business lead for NextGen app development and customer retention initiatives, partnering with IT, program managers, and marketing teams.
  • Own app acquisition marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis review.
  • Drive in-app engagement and retention through strategic use of push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS campaigns, and collaboration with platforms such as Localytics.
  • Analyze app and campaign performance weekly and monthly using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Localytics, and Branch.
  • Manage and partner with A/B testing teams for optimization and testing efforts to improve platform performance.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with marketing, IT, web development, eCommerce, planning, and third-party partners to support app business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, digital, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a digital commerce or marketing environment or equivalent training/experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to analyze data to derive insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and/or similar systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Motivation and energy to create engaging digital experiences for customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with app platform testing and optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with platforms such as Localytics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and app acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in business, marketing, merchandising, digital, or related field.
  • Experience in digital commerce or marketing roles.
