Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of influencer and content creator campaigns, including strategic direction, talent discovery, vetting, and selection aligned with client goals and values.
  • Handle contracting, negotiation, and clear communication with talent and their representation.
  • Develop creative briefs, timelines, and collaboration processes for campaigns.
  • Coordinate launch logistics and integrate campaigns with paid media when applicable.
  • Track performance, generate reports, and conduct campaign debriefs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, platforms, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and expand RALLY's creator and partner database, focusing on emerging talent and values-aligned voices.
  • Refine internal workflows, templates, and best practices for influencer campaigns to support scalability.
  • Lead digital partnerships independently on smaller campaigns and oversee larger efforts with junior staff.
  • Serve as a strategic lead on client accounts, providing high-level counsel on digital partnerships.
  • Contribute to new business proposals by developing digital partnership components and creative strategies.
  • Develop marketing materials showcasing RALLY's digital partnerships capabilities.
  • Design and lead internal trainings on digital partnership strategy to upskill staff.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience leading influencer or creator campaigns, preferably in advocacy, issue-driven, or political contexts.
  • Strong understanding of the digital creator ecosystem, including trends and platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience with all stages of digital partnerships campaigns, from planning to performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Ability to write compelling briefs, timelines, and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and contributors simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, especially with junior team members.
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems proactively.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign performance metrics and tracking best practices.
  • Commitment to values-aligned storytelling and partnerships reflecting RALLY's mission.

  • Experience within advocacy, political, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of evolving content formats and trends across social media platforms.
  • Experience developing new business offerings and refining internal systems.
  • Ability to contribute to thought leadership and develop marketing materials.
