About the Role
Holt Law is a non-traditional modern law firm that supports entrepreneurs in healthcare—particularly those launching Med Spas, assisted living facilities, and other medical ventures. As a Digital Innovation & AI Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of technology, marketing, and growth strategy, responsible for identifying and testing new AI tools and digital innovations to improve storytelling, marketing, and legal service delivery. You will also manage our website presence to drive results, align with our brand, and support client acquisition and retention. This is a highly cross-functional role involving collaboration with legal, operations, and revenue teams to experiment, learn fast, and scale effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and evaluate emerging AI tools for content generation, legal process automation, and digital storytelling.
- Launch lean experiments to test how new technologies can improve client communication, internal workflows, or marketing content.
- Partner with legal team members to explore innovative ways to deliver complex information simply and clearly.
- Share findings and use cases with the broader team to build innovation fluency and internal adoption.
- Work with the operations and revenue teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
- Support lead generation campaigns, product launches, and content distribution with innovative, tech-enabled strategies.
- Stay ahead of legal industry and healthcare trends, bringing new ideas to maintain our positioning as a modern, client-first firm.
- Achieve tangible improvements in workflows and client experience powered by AI and automation.
- Increase quality and quantity of leads through improved website performance and campaigns.
- Drive measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and conversion from digital channels.
- Enhance team awareness of modern marketing tools and AI capabilities.
- Consistently roll out high-impact experiments and process improvements using emerging tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth, or operations—ideally within a startup, agency, or legal/healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, website platforms (like WordPress), and SEO strategy.
- An experimental mindset, comfortable with fast learning, failing smart, and iterating quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in legal or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with legal or healthcare digital marketing strategies.
- Additional technical skills related to AI or web development.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, growth, or operations.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and website platforms like WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO strategy.
