About the Role

Rational 360 is hiring a Digital Intern to support its digital marketing, public affairs, advocacy, and fundraising team during the fall semester. Rational 360 is a leading full-service strategic communications and digital agency with offices across the country. The firm specializes in creating integrated campaigns that support organizational goals through data-driven strategies, public relations, public affairs, crisis communications, and new media strategy. Interns play an integral role in the daily functioning of the firm, working with a bipartisan team that has extensive experience in business and government, including deep networks in Congress, the White House, and Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the digital marketing, public affairs, advocacy, and fundraising teams during the fall semester.
Assist in the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns.
Contribute to data analysis and measurement of campaign outcomes.
Help manage client communications and outreach efforts.
Support the team in strategic planning and campaign implementation.

Requirements

Interest in digital marketing, public affairs, advocacy, or related fields.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn about strategic communications and data-driven campaigns.

Nice to Have

Previous internship or experience in digital marketing or public affairs.
Knowledge of media landscape and communication strategies.
Experience with data analysis tools or social media platforms.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably with a focus on communications, political science, or related fields.
Available to work on-site in Washington, DC during the fall semester.
