We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing & Content Creation, Google Ads, Shopify e-commerce operations, and marketing analytics. This role is ideal for a marketer who understands the nuances of reaching multicultural audiences in the U.S., including Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese communities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute multichannel social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Develop monthly content strategies tailored for each platform, creating engaging and value-driven content (graphics, copy, video).
Oversee production of YouTube videos including scripting, editing, and optimization.
Run and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), including A/B testing and performance tracking.
Lead Google Ads strategy and execution (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) with ROI-focused performance tracking.
Monitor and analyze Google Ads daily (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI) and adjust targeting, budget, and creatives to maximize ROI.
Conduct product and audience analysis based on ad data and prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront and customer journey to increase conversions and improve user experience.
Identify site performance issues and user drop-off points using GA4 and Google Analytics, and implement data-driven improvements.
Analyze audience segments and campaign data to identify opportunities for targeting and optimization.
Define and refine target audiences for each platform to ensure accurate campaign reach and relevance.
Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns to engage subscribers and drive conversions using tools like Mailchimp and SimpleTexting.
Manage and segment contact lists based on behavior and demographics, monitoring open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
Coordinate SEO strategies including backlink building, keyword optimization, and resolving technical issues.
Contribute to content planning and optimization strategies for higher visibility and engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms and stay updated with digital marketing trends.
Set up, monitor, and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
Use insights from paid and organic channels to guide campaign strategies and continuous optimization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce.
Proven success managing Shopify stores and driving online sales.
Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Performance Max campaigns.
Strong skills in Google Analytics, GA4, and marketing reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
Experience with social media ad platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Comfortable with basic video editing and visual content creation.
Detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
