The Digital Marketing Analyst at Springboard Hospitality will own the narrative behind performance data—transforming complex metrics into compelling, actionable insights that inform decision-making across the marketing ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of digital measurement tools, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. The analyst will play a lead role in quarterly reporting, campaign innovation tracking, and driving cross-functional alignment with marketing, revenue, and eCommerce teams.
