About the Role

Senior Marketing Analyst is a key role at a rapidly growing Santa Barbara-based company dedicated to transforming communication between schools, parents, and educators. Key Responsibilities

  • Own Marketing Analytics & Reporting by creating reporting goals, tracking performance across all marketing channels, and providing dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Drive campaign attribution, lead scoring, and funnel analysis to optimize ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to build marketing pipeline forecasts by channel, product, personas, and campaign.
  • Implement segmented funnel analysis by product, persona, channel, and region.
  • Analyze lag vs. lead indicators to determine marketing efforts' correlation with revenue.
  • Develop multi-touch attribution reporting for long sales cycles in K-12 markets.
  • Define and track lifecycle stages (e.g., MQL → SAL → SQL → SQO) and monitor conversion rates and time-in-stage to diagnose friction points.
  • Help campaign owners implement A/B testing infrastructure and run test cycles to optimize CTA placement, frequency, and format.
  • Partner with content teams to track performance of key content assets and manage SEO analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to manage lead routing, automation workflows, and ensure system integration.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to scale operations, attribution, and AI discovery.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Support data-driven programs across marketing, content, campaigns, and sales teams.
  • Create monthly RevOps sync reports, quarterly executive dashboards, and develop a centralized 'Marketing Intelligence' hub.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing analytics, operations, or similar roles.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (automation, reporting, workflows, lead management).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights.
  • Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and/or Sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and see the big picture.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other querying tools.
  • Experience using generative AI for reporting, segmentation, or personalization at scale.
  • Curious, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
