About the Role

The Digital Marketing & Acquisition Analytics - AVP role at Morgan Stanley involves supporting financial advisors and clients through various client service and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Advisors (FAs) in cultivating and enhancing client relationships, including executing money movement transactions and answering non-investment related questions.
  • Enter profile information, pre-fill account documentation, and onboard clients by collecting necessary information and documentation.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
  • Assist with supporting the FA's marketing strategy, including website maintenance.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, training, and special projects as directed by management.
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls regarding service requests and updates.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for meetings or events.
  • Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and assist with general office support functions such as copying, filing, and scanning documentation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for processing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency; college degree preferred.
  • Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA), or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) licenses.
  • Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital tools and platforms used in financial services.
  • Additional industry certifications or licenses.
