Digital Marketing & Product Manager - MarTech

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and manages marketing technology development and adoption strategies by collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to achieve marketing objectives.
• Manages and mentors teams and associated budgets; designs enablement plans to enhance team capabilities.
• Participates in strategy development and implementation of marketing technology and/or marketing data tools and techniques to improve business outcomes.
• Evaluates existing marketing technology and/or marketing data tools and systems capabilities; shares recommendations for improvement.
• Monitors marketing technology and data landscape to identify and address themes, opportunities, and challenges faced by organizations.
• Provides regular guidance to developers and users to maximize marketing performance.
• Plans, prioritizes, and manages marketing technology roadmaps, scope, resources, budget, and risks.
• Researches and recommends best practices for leveraging emerging marketing technology and/or data products and trends to maximize customer engagement and business outcomes.

Requirements

• A 4-year college or university degree in any of the business disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years exempt experience in technology strategy, product management (technology focused), digital commerce strategies, or web management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, content marketing, email & marketing automation, attribution & analytics.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into layman's terms for business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to manage stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle complex situations and communicate changes or challenges effectively.
• Experience with UI/UX design and developing creative concepts to enhance awareness and growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, content marketing, email & marketing automation, attribution & analytics).
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, with the ability to develop creative concepts that enhance awareness and growth on a regional and global scale.
• Technical understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Leadership qualities to manage various stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college or university degree in any of the business disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years exempt experience in relevant areas.
