DIGITAL MARKETING & REVENUE STRATEGIST - UCLA

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including email, paid social media, display advertising, search, and video to increase awareness and conversions.
• Manage and update marketing-related web content, including ticketing pages on UCLABruins.com, ensuring messaging accuracy and consistency.
• Implement a comprehensive digital marketing and branding strategy focused on revenue generation through increased attendance, ticket sales, donations, and ancillary income.
• Create and moderate lead generation programs such as online sweepstakes, website forms, and onsite data collection, and load contact data into the CRM system for sales initiatives.
• Oversee email marketing efforts including creative production, segmentation, analytics review, and scheduling.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend long-range marketing, sales, and advertising strategies.
• Maintain communication with team and departmental staff to formulate cross-functional advertising and branding plans aligned with department goals.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Develop, create, and distribute strategic email communications, including newsletters, season ticket updates, and targeted campaigns.
• Maintain departmental email calendar and monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage automated email workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging.
• Analyze sales data, demographic and consumer behavior, and provide innovative initiatives based on industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role.
• Relevant experience with marketing and digital commerce platforms, such as Eloqua.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HTML, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be coachable with a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in various modes of communication.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Nice to Have

• Relevant understanding of NCAA and Big Ten Conference bylaws.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with marketing and digital commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools.
