About the Role

We're looking for a Business Growth Coach who can cut through the noise and deliver practical, real-world marketing advice to business owners. This is not about theory, frameworks, or buzzwords. These clients are running small businesses. They need to know what to do tomorrow morning that will get them more customers, sales, and growth. As a coach, you'll review their business and help them identify constraints, recommend impactful strategies, and provide clear, actionable steps in plain English.

Key Responsibilities

Host 1:1 coaching calls (60 min) with business owners
Review their business and explain what you're seeing
Identify the biggest bottleneck and recommend the most impactful next step
Provide clear, plain-language advice that owners can implement immediately
Answer questions and adapt your guidance to their unique business situation
Capture call notes and flag opportunities for deeper engagement

Requirements

Hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or small business consulting
Strong understanding of paid ads, social media, SEO, content, and conversion optimization
Ability to simplify complex strategies into easy, actionable steps
A “practical strategist” mindset: you find the constraint with the biggest payoff
Comfortable advising directly with small business owners
