About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts and building collaborative working relationships to understand their business goals.
• Strategizing marketing initiatives that will grow clients' businesses and maximize return on investment.
• Guiding clients and internal departments through the website build phase, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Demonstrating knowledge in digital and traditional marketing strategies and communicating industry best practices to clients.
• Applying established protocols in a timely manner.
• Communicating professionally via remote means with clients and team members to exchange information.
• Assessing the accuracy and thoroughness of work.
• Prioritizing and effectively managing time with little supervision.
• Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working collaboratively in a remote workspace with team members and clients to deliver high-level service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of WordPress experience.
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the Home Services industry is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• Ability to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate professionally via remote means.
• Ability to assess work accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely with team members and clients.

Nice to Have

• Home Services industry experience.

Qualifications

• WordPress experience of at least 3 years.
• Digital marketing experience of 2-3 years, including SEO.
