About the Role

This role requires a digitally-savy, locally connected individual with the ability to lead sales efforts focused on digital platforms while maintaining an energetic, strategic, and entrepreneurial spirit. You will collaborate with clients to provide a diverse set of advertising and marketing solutions, including establishing and enhancing online presence, generating awareness and leads, growing audience engagement, managing leads and customers, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to provide advertising and marketing solutions including website development, SEO, local listings, and reputation management on social media platforms.
  • Generate awareness and leads through search engine marketing, social media engagement, display advertising, video content, and mobile advertising.
  • Grow audience and promote engagement through brand content solutions and social media marketing.
  • Manage leads and customers using lead alert systems, engagement tools, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using reporting tools, mobile applications, and insights from emerging technologies like Virtual and Augmented Reality.
  • Utilize the best marketing services and solutions to deliver results for customers.
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses and assist in achieving marketing goals through integrated plans and media solutions.
  • Identify customer needs to develop tailored account plans and client solutions.
  • Assist businesses in optimizing their online presence through digital and print marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple platforms including digital media, mobile, niche publications, promotions, and traditional newspapers.
  • Actively pursue and secure new business and revenue streams.
  • Retain, manage, and expand the client base in the digital landscape.
  • Manage client relationships and increase account revenue within a team environment.
  • Present product suite to business decision-makers effectively.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, video conferencing, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and devise strategies for long-term success.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, upsell/cross-sell accounts, and address client concerns.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively, recording all sales activities accurately.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in high acquisition, consultative B2B Sales role.
  • A problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify complex issues.
  • Possesses a competitive nature and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance as required by law.
