About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern this fall (2025) in Minneapolis. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on digital advertising campaigns with our digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities

Setting up campaigns in various self-serve ad platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
Setting up conversion tracking when necessary.
Communicating successful campaign launches.
Performing ongoing in-platform optimizations to ensure campaign success.
Pacing campaigns to meet objectives.
Assisting in conducting A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Creating a rough draft report on campaign performance upon campaign conclusion.
Performing market analysis and research on competition.
Using various tools to pull and analyze data for marketing campaigns.
Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field (or recently graduated).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with paid media channels.
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field.

Benefits & Perks

Intern positions are paid between $16.00-$20.00/hour and are eligible for overtime.
