Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager/Director with overall marketing communications, market research efforts, and project management, including coordination of sales office needs, eblasts, web updates, marketing collateral, invoicing, events, and model maintenance.
• Code digital invoice charges monthly, gather new vendor paperwork, flag invoice concerns, follow up with vendors, and approve estimates as directed by management.
• Coordinate photoshoots, gather bids, support graphic design and In-Design production of flyers, and assist in coordinating signage, renderings, floor plans, community brochures, and other collateral.
• Maintain sales collateral stock, coordinate printing and supplies, and act as a first responder to vendor issues.
• Coordinate all model maintenance activities, including scheduling carpet cleans, landscape, interior cleaning, and working with the model maintenance handyman.
• Assist with community and lifestyle event planning, including ordering lunches, coordinating event logistics, and planning department team and volunteer days.
• Coordinate award submissions, maintain a list of awards, organize gifts for vendors and consultants, and manage inventory of collateral and milestone gifts.

Requirements

• Located in the Costa Mesa office and able to collaborate with the local marketing team.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information effectively.
• College degree with class or intern experience in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications.
• 1-2+ years of work experience in marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva or InDesign.
