About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role on our professional services team, supporting digital strategy and executing marketing initiatives. This role requires broad expertise and proven experience across paid media channels, including SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, and Analytics. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, the role leads paid media campaigns and organic channels across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate can strategically plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that effectively engage key audience segments. This is a great opportunity to manage and build experience in an array of digital mediums supporting the written, visual, and spoken word for enterprise and mid-market manufacturers with innovative products. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid search, display, and retargeting campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, AdRoll, LinkedIn, Facebook), including setup, optimization, creative testing, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, SGE and link-building.
  • Oversee audience targeting, segmentation, and display optimizations.
  • Analyze performance, measure ROI, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal team leads to deliver integrated marketing programs across channels.
  • Support initiatives in ABM, email marketing, lead nurturing, web/UX, sales enablement, and business development.
  • Participate in client discovery and strategy meetings to guide campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing calendars and coordinate multi-disciplinary team efforts to meet objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience within an agency setting or in-house B2B brand.
  • Expert in paid media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising.
  • SEO audit and optimization experience.
  • A strategic thinker and excellent tactician who rolls up their sleeves to drive results.
  • A process and data-driven demand generation marketer.
  • Experience achieving measurable business objectives.
  • Direct or indirect B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
