About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy, including technical SEO audits, keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Manage and improve all web properties—ensuring strong UX/UI, speed, SEO, and CRO performance.
• Create, manage, and scale full-funnel ad campaigns on Google and Meta with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Develop performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
• Work cross-functionally with design, operations, and sales to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage agency partners and contractors as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong SEO and paid ads background.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads Certified.
• Strong web development background (HTML, CSS, WordPress or Webflow).
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to lead strategy while also being hands-on with execution.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-channel campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content management systems.
• SEO experience (1-2 years).
• Analysis skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with online advertising and PPC advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO tools and attribution modeling.
