Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement online marketing strategies, such as SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns for the North America market
Create and manage engaging online content, such as blog articles, videos, graphics, and ads; and monitor and analyze their performance
Manage and grow the digital presence of the company or brand in various platforms for the region
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
Work closely with the global digital marketing team
Manage third-party digital marketing agency
Manage budget accordingly
Analyze campaigns and make recommendations for improvements or restructuring
Understand the marketing strategy for each line of business and create tailored marketing plans
Oversee the execution of marketing plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and measure performance for continuous improvement
Travel locally up to 25% and internationally up to 5%
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
5-10 years of experience in digital media buying, focusing on paid social, SEM, and programmatic advertising
Experience in digital marketing or a related field
Experience with LinkedIn, META Ads, or other marketing platforms
Experience with SEO, SEM strategy, and keyword research
Knowledge of current digital trends
Proficiency in photo and video editing software
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills and passion for data measurement
Creative digital concept development skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to follow projects through to completion
Great collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience from an agency (not required)

Qualifications

Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
