DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Trinity Metro's content calendar to develop omnichannel content that is aligned with Trinity Metro's content strategy.
• Develop content, including assets (photos, videos, graphics), that is aligned with Trinity Metro's voice and brand standards for social channels such as Landing Pages, Google, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Nextdoor.
• Schedule and distribute social media content.
• Use social media analytics tools to develop a monthly social media audit and report.
• Lead development and implementation of virtual outreach efforts such as live streams, webinars, and instructional videos, including planning logistics, running tests, scheduling guests, developing a schedule, writing scripts, executing, and moderating online and offline.
• Plan and place paid social media campaigns, evaluate performance, and prepare weekly reports for leadership.
• Manage weekly budget for social media campaigns.
• Plan and develop bi-weekly marketing newsletters, working with team members and departments to ensure content accuracy, creating assets, scheduling, distributing, and reporting on performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and planning teams to produce a monthly stakeholder performance bulletin, including gathering data, updating newsletter graphics, and content.
• Update website landing pages and email newsletter content regularly.
• Coordinate social and email content related to rider alerts and service disruptions, including writing, asset development, scheduling, distribution, and reporting.
• Assist in developing stakeholder newsletters, including writing, editing, asset creation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Support social and email campaigns for departmental promotions and service launches, including content creation and distribution.
• Help develop digital toolkits to promote Trinity Metro services.
• Provide recommendations to the marketing agency regarding digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage the podcast, including content creation, guest scheduling, hosting, final production, and distribution.
• Translate marketing communications to Spanish as needed and support content translations for marketing and communications teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across various formats.
• Experience with tools such as Sked, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Nextdoor, and Microsoft Teams/Planner.
• Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to support occasional events or communications outside of regular business hours.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish.
