About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager at Unique Vacations, Inc. is responsible for driving revenue growth through paid media channels, with a focus on paid search (PPC) and programmatic tactics. The role involves managing digital performance media channels, working closely with management, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and develop innovative marketing strategies. Unique Vacations, Inc. is an affiliate of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, providing marketing, public relations, advertising, and creative services to showcase the Luxury Included experience across Caribbean resorts. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of Programmatic Advertising and create, launch, test, and manage programmatic campaigns across various networks.
  • Drive campaign development, bid strategies, optimization, and channel management to improve performance.
  • Research and identify new customer segments for targeted search campaigns and build customer audience lists, including first-party and lookalike audiences.
  • Own the performance of paid media campaigns and provide internal weekly reporting.
  • Utilize data, customer insights, and analytics to make informed decisions, recommendations, and hypotheses about customer behaviors.
  • Understand campaign automation connecting APIs and scripts for more efficient marketing approaches.
  • Analyze competitor techniques and benchmark performance against industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google and Microsoft Display Ads in programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Ability to work with and lead external vendor/partner relationships, including negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Must be available to travel 5% or more based on business needs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising agency or similar marketing role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in performance marketing and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with DV360 is highly preferred; YouTube and Meta ad experience are desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with campaign automation connecting APIs and scripts.
  • Experience managing a medium-large brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising agency or similar marketing role, preferably in travel.
