About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will drive lead generation and optimize marketing operations for a high-end, design-driven B2B company based in La Miranda. The role involves leading new business acquisition efforts, managing digital campaigns, and serving as a bridge between internal teams and external marketing consultants to support brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Acquisition & Campaign Management: Design and optimize digital campaigns (email, paid social, Google Ads, website). Develop lead nurturing programs and manage inbound/outbound prospecting. Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline growth.
  • HubSpot CRM Setup & Management: Implement and manage HubSpot for automation, workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation. Maintain data integrity and train internal teams on CRM usage.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot and/or Google Analytics. Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI. Present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Support creation of landing pages, emails, and content collateral. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time. Coordinate with sales, creative, and web teams.
  • General Marketing Support: Contribute to brand awareness and event/trade show marketing. Assist with website updates, SEO, and digital content distribution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including setup, management, and reporting functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with email marketing campaigns and digital content creation processes.
  • Comfortable coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams and external agencies.

  • Relevant professional experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.

  • Salaried option (45 hrs/week): $85,000 - $95,000/year
  • Bonus incentives based on KPIs such as qualified leads, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics, ranging from 5-15% of annual salary.
