About the Role

The Expert Services Manager at Skai is a dynamic thought leader responsible for providing world-class services and strategic consultation to clients in the Retail Media space. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and optimization of Retail Media Advertising campaigns, with a focus on client satisfaction and account performance. The position supports internal stakeholders as a retail media expert and drives innovation across publishers, contributing to Skai's leadership in commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the team mission to bring about client success within Retail Media marketing and management.
  • Oversee execution and optimization of Retail Media campaigns to exceed the clients' goals, including hands-on management.
  • Act as a consultant and advisor to clients regarding media planning and best practices.
  • Communicate the success and performance of assigned accounts, both internally and externally.
  • Provide paid media solutions and expert platform support to clients to enable effective use of Skai's tools.
  • Pursue solutions for managed clients beyond the tools and templates available as needed.
  • Partner with the product, sales, and client success teams to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 2 years of experience with hands-on paid ecommerce media campaign implementation, optimization, and management.
  • Data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with programmatic retail display is an added bonus.
  • Preferred experience with Amazon, Amazon DSP, Walmart, Target, Instacart, Epsilon Ads, or Criteo.
  • Experience collaborating with a global team both locally and virtually is preferred.
  • Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful.

  • Experience with programmatic retail display.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 2 years of hands-on paid ecommerce media campaign experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Temporary role with an hourly range of $47.00-$50.00.
  • Expected work week of 40 hours with potential to turn into a full-time opportunity.
