About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ad campaigns on Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations.
• Create and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads).
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and maximize conversions.
• Manage SMS campaigns via platforms like Attentive, Klaviyo, or Postscript.
• Develop segmented audiences for personalized outreach in SMS campaigns.
• Create and optimize automated SMS workflows such as abandoned cart reminders and promotions.
• Manage and segment email marketing lists, including mailing lists and B2B contact databases.
• Utilize tools like Google Customer Match, Meta Custom Audiences, and LinkedIn Matched Audiences for targeted marketing.
• Develop and optimize retargeting strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing messaging and creative elements.
• Explore and manage ad campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest.
• Analyze campaign data to track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Manage and allocate ad spend efficiently across platforms.
• Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Communication to align strategies.
• Provide detailed performance reports and insights to guide marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Ads management, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management.
• Experience managing SMS marketing campaigns via platforms like Attentive, Klaviyo, or Postscript.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Ability to conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Experience with email marketing list management and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Customer Match, Meta Custom Audiences, and LinkedIn Matched Audiences.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize accordingly.
• Experience with creative testing, including A/B testing of ads.
• Knowledge of emerging advertising platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest is a plus.
• Attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
