Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing, including automation workflows, triggered campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
• Develop and maintain email templates and dynamic content to support various marketing initiatives across different customer segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage email database segmentation and list hygiene to maintain high deliverability rates and compliance with industry regulations.
• Create engaging content for blogs, e-blasts, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a junior in an accredited university or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or CRMs.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook required.
• Previous experience in marketing or event organization preferred but not required.
