Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute paid search, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other industry platforms to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate and develop a wide range of visual materials for digital platforms, including video and print media, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all customer touchpoints.
• Design digital assets with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and responsiveness to optimize engagement.
• Plan, develop, and deploy email marketing campaigns, workflows, and segmentation in Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM/automation tools, and measure performance for improvements.
• Manage and support Conair's website and app with content updates and improvements to user experience.
• Collaborate with SEO partners to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Monitor website and campaign performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide regular performance reports on campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation, translating data into actionable insights.
• Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, order fulfillment, and other cross-functional responsibilities to support department goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and web content management systems.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Solid understanding of how design impacts marketing performance, user engagement, and brand perception.
• Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, product management, and leadership.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies.
