About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Exchange Bank is responsible for managing various digital marketing initiatives including website updates, email marketing, SEM campaigns, SEO efforts, and social media engagement. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive user engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition, while ensuring best practices in digital marketing are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned marketing-related website updates, including homepage, landing pages, online banking promotions, press releases, and social media content.
  • Drive and manage the email marketing program, including creation, testing, analysis, vendor management, and ensuring quality email execution using data and automation tools.
  • Act as the primary email administrator, including coding, quality assurance, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) investments, launch new campaigns, and collaborate with agency partners as needed.
  • Analyze SEO findings and implement changes to improve marketing and communication efforts.
  • Identify and test new marketing opportunities to enhance user engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Implement and oversee Exchange Bank's social media strategy, including content ideation, updates, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and support campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Report on social media metrics, analyze data to optimize campaigns, and make future recommendations.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media, report issues, and stay updated on digital marketing best practices.
  • Support product and marketing team requests, communicate with other departments, and assist with community events.
  • Research industry events and opportunities for involvement, develop internal and external communications, and perform special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of web publishing and proficiency with SEO tools.
  • Experience managing social media presence, engaging followers, and running paid campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional skills in marketing, content creation, and tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and reporting campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating skills in content marketing, SEO, email marketing, web publishing, and analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of A/B multivariate testing.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
