About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Entegris is responsible for supporting and optimizing CRM operations, digital campaigns, and marketing automation to enhance marketing effectiveness and sales enablement. The role involves collaboration with various teams to improve engagement and ensure compliance with data regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment in either Chaska, MN, or Billerica, MA, and to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives within a values-driven company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support and optimize CRM operations (HubSpot preferred) in collaboration with the HubSpot Admin and Digital Marketing Team
Support lead management by reviewing, researching, and updating contact records
Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns
Maintain, design, and implement marketing automation workflows
Collaborate on digital campaigns, landing pages, and forms
Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations
Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement
Contribute to innovation initiatives like VOC and Sales Enablement

Requirements

3 or more years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, SalesForce a plus) required
Experience with Marketing automation and MarTech
Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Critical thinker and problem solver
Bachelors degree in Marketing is strongly preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or SalesForce
Experience with B2B digital marketing and sales enablement

Qualifications

Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
Excellent communication skills in English
