Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels; work with management to grow marketing-qualified opportunities by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
• Email Marketing: Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, design templates, calls-to-action, and content; segment lists based on behaviors; measure results and optimize nurture tracks to convert leads to customers.
• Content Creation: Determine sources for content creation, oversee creation of 1-2 free resources each month (e.g., eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides); edit content produced by vendors, including conceptualizing projects and copy-editing prior to publishing.
• Social Media: Post monthly social media product application messages; drive traffic and leads from social networks; explore new engagement methods to reach target buyers.
• Publication and Trade Show: Research relevant publications and editors; prepare topics and materials for digital marketing and sales initiatives; participate in brainstorms for marketing development.
• Brand Messaging: Fully immerse in the brand's identity; help create, refine, and deliver the brand's message.
• Dissemination of Product Knowledge: Prepare product knowledge PowerPoint presentations for training; create videos demonstrating product applications and solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
• Experience producing web content and channel-specific knowledge (blog, email, social media).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with new market and sales channels, including product launches.
• Solid graphic design skills and knowledge.
• Video production skills.
• Experience in e-commerce administration, including setting up SKUs, product descriptions, features, and pricing.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus.

Qualifications
