About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team within the dental product sales industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive and optimize digital and traditional advertising campaigns for a growing portfolio of dental products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in placing and managing Google Ads, social media marketing, and traditional advertising strategies, with a strong understanding of how to effectively target and engage dental professionals and decision-makers in the industry. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns while using data-driven insights to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns targeting dental professionals, clinics, and suppliers.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Lead and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a focus on driving leads and brand awareness within the dental space.
  • Manage and optimize traditional advertising campaigns, including print media, trade show promotions, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring they complement digital efforts and target dental professionals effectively.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AdWords to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure the integration of paid search and organic strategies for maximum visibility and performance in search results.
  • Implement lead generation campaigns that cater to dental product sales, including creating compelling calls to action (CTAs) and nurturing workflows via email marketing and retargeting.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize advertising budgets across all digital and traditional channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce effective ads, landing pages, and assets tailored to the dental product industry and its specific audience needs.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity within the dental product industry and recommend strategies to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a focus on the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads) with clear examples of ROI improvement and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Experience with traditional advertising channels, including print, direct mail, and trade shows within a B2B or product-focused market.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and SEM strategies and how they integrate with paid campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to drive marketing objectives.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on measuring performance and iterating campaigns for constant improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the dental products or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for lead nurturing and CRM integration.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools like MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to the digital landscape.
