Job Description

About the Role

Bridgecrest, one of the country's leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. They service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the goal of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for customers. Recently, Bridgecrest launched its newest affiliate GoFi, established in 2022 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. GoFi aims to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product with state-of-the-art technology to ensure seamless integration and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing email marketing strategies, crafting compelling content, designing user-friendly email templates, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results
  • Build upon GoFi's brand presence by partnering with other internal departments
  • Design creative assets across a range of touchpoints for GoFi's dealer communications (email, print, digital) as well as website pages and landing experiences
  • Ensure dealer marketing campaigns are effectively managed and measured
  • Monitor and manage GoFi's net promoter score to ensure a world-class dealer experience
  • Serve as the liaison between GoFi sales and vendor support for GoFi promotional merchandise

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of previous marketing experience required
  • Experience with UX design tools such as Figma preferred
  • Previous experience partnering with internal departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new applications

Nice to Have

  • Email platform campaign management experience
  • Indirect auto experience

Qualifications

  • College degree (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with UX design tools like Figma (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learner of new applications
